Bedford, NH – Scott Olsen, EIT, has joined TFMoran, Inc. as a project engineer. His experience includes construction inspection, stormwater management, site and roadway grading, underground utility work for commercial and residential projects, and a $35 million federal renovation project.
His certifications include Army Corps of Engineers CQC, OSHA 40 HAZWOPER, and OSHA 30 General Industry.
TFMoran also announced that Stephen Williams has joined its team as a stormwater and construction inspector. He has over 30 years of experience, including soils testing, concrete and asphalt inspection and testing, monitoring infrastructure construction, water mains, sewer mains, and SWPPP Plans.
He has also provided project management services for the NHDOT Bureau of Public Works, the town of Hooksett, and numerous other communities in Southern New Hampshire.
