Danvers, MA — Hancock Associates has promoted Brian Geaudreau, P.E., to engineering manager, Western Operations. In the role, he will oversee the engineering staff in the firm’s western offices alongside Joe Peznola, P.E., Hancock’s director of engineering. Geaudreau’s responsibilities include personnel management, work allocation, project oversight, business performance and development, QA/QC, and coordination with Hancock’s land surveying, wetland science, and billing and administration departments.
Geaudreau joined Hancock Associates in 2011 as a staff engineer and was elevated to senior project manager and senior associate in 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is a professional civil engineer and certified soil evaluator in Massachusetts.
