Marion, MASouth Coast Improvement Company (SCI) recently announced the promotions of Erin Vautour to senior project manager and Kylar Rhoads to assistant superintendent.

Erin Vantour

Since joining SCI, Vautour has led complex renovation projects across the senior living, healthcare, affordable housing, and commercial markets. Among her notable projects was the Gardner Terrace preservation project in Attleboro, Mass., one of the most complex fully occupied renovations in SCI’s history, where residents remained in their homes throughout construction. Vautour was recently named to the Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.

Kylar Rhoads

In his new role as assistant superintendent, Rhoads will take on expanded responsibility supporting field operations on SCI projects. He most recently served as field staff on the new assisted living addition at Benchmark at Rye in Rye, N.H., one of SCI’s largest ground-up construction projects, where he took on responsibilities beyond his role, including coordinating daily field activities, supporting subcontractor operations, and maintaining the project schedule.
