Tom Burns
Bedford, N.H. — Thomas Burns, PE, has been promoted to civil department manager at TFMoran. Burns joined TFMoran in 2014 and has more than 25 years of civil engineering experience, overseeing project management and design for private, public, and municipal land development projects. His background includes site planning and design, layout and grading, stormwater analysis and management, soil analysis, sewer and subsurface septic disposal systems, traffic analysis, and permitting.
Burns is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and is a licensed professional engineer in New Hampshire and Maine. He is also a New Hampshire certified subsurface disposal system designer.
