Auburn, MA — R.H. White has welcomed Rachel Anderson as business unit leader for its Utility Construction Division, and promoted the division’s current vice president, Ben Barlow, to vice president of preconstruction services.
Anderson brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in solar and energy-focused firms, including PurePoint Energy, Sunspear Energy, and Zenernet, where she held full profit-and-loss responsibility for multi-state installation divisions. She will oversee the Utility Division’s Northern and Central regions, welding, and site services, reporting to Chief Operations Officer Charlie Watler.
“Rachel’s business acumen as well as her experience with renewable energy projects fits nicely with our current and future growth plans,” said Watler. “I am excited about her addition to the management team and look forward to working closely with her to further develop and expand our energy and utility portfolio.”
Barlow, who joined R.H. White in 2018, will help Anderson transition into the role before moving full-time into preconstruction, overseeing business development, estimating, and preconstruction, reporting to President and CEO Tom White.
