Gil Castonguay
Providence, RI — BES has appointed Gil Castonguay as chief executive officer. Castonguay joined BES six years ago and has served as principal, executive vice president of operations, and president, helping build the operational infrastructure and systems that have driven results for the firm and its clients.
With more than 27 years of experience in building enclosure consulting, Castonguay brings deep technical expertise to the role. His background spans material testing, forensic investigation, and litigation support across complex building enclosure failures, along with commissioning experience across virtually every building type. He has authored industry research on envelope remediation and regularly presents to industry organizations.
As CEO, Castonguay will focus on strengthening BES’s culture, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting sustainable growth.
