Woburn, MA – Construction Management firm TOCCI announces the appointment of Kevin McCarthy as chief operating officer.
McCarthy brings over 30 years of dynamic construction experience having held roles from estimating to project management and president and CEO. Previously, he held positions at Clark Construction, PC Construction and Suffolk.
McCarthy will champion the firm in taking on broader execution of projects including expanding TOCCI’s Project Rescuesm program, diversifying TOCCI’s project portfolio, and increasing operational efficiency.
