Walpole, MA — Bowdoin Construction has completed The Car Barn, a luxury automobile storage facility about 30 minutes from Boston. The Car Barn offers storage, detailing, and sales services for antique, collectible, and historically significant vehicles.
Housed in a new 30,000-square-foot, two-story pre-engineered metal building, the temperature-controlled facility separates vehicle storage from office and employee support spaces with insulated metal panels. The project was designed and built to support future racking systems for additional vehicles.
The auto storage area features a customized Harding AutoPark Tri/Quad racking system, a 2,600-square-foot detailing center, car wash bays, a custom-lit vehicle showcase, and a motorsport-inspired lounge for connecting with fellow car enthusiasts. An advanced security system protects the property.
The Car Barn, located near Patriot Place, opened to the public in March 2026. Haley Ward served as project architect.
