Three Dimeo Employees Receive CM-BIM Accreditation

Boston – Dimeo Construction Company recently congratulated three of its employees, Eric Sanford, Peter Botelho, and Peter Beltz, on receiving their CM-BIM accreditation.

Eric Sanford, LEED AP, virtual construction/BIM director, joined Dimeo from Skanska USA Building where he oversaw the VDC/BIM effort, from planning to operations, in the Boston and New Haven offices. Previously, he was at Richard White Sons where he developed the company’s virtual construction department. He is responsible for implementing the project’s VDC/BIM development and enforcement at Dimeo.

Peter Botelho

Peter Botelho

Peter Botelho, virtual project manager, is responsible for implementing the project’s BIM development and enforcement.With 14 years of experience in the field, he has a deep understanding of the project life cycle and impact of decisions when balancing the success and quality of a project. His solid technology foundation and personal involvement with various sports and youth groups have enabled him to hone the skill of speaking the language of people and computers, facilitating his success in explaining BIM from both a technical and end user perspective.

Peter Beltz

Peter Beltz

As M/E/P project manager, Peter Beltz’s responsibilities include the direction and oversight of all on-site mechanical and electrical coordination. He is responsible for the conceptual estimating and value engineering of the mechanical and electrical components for the project, as well as helping coordinate actual construction reviews of installations and startup and commissioning protocol of all systems. He has extensive experience in mechanical HVAC system selection, layout, and design as well as project management for MEP/FP consulting design services. His experience includes construction administration for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems as well as commissioning services for these systems.
