Program Management Firm Adds Staff

Boston – City Point Partners, an engineering and construction industry program management firm, announced that Project Manager Gary Mendoza, AIA, Public Outreach Specialists Marty Nee and Tom Lindberg, and Project Controls Specialist Jennifer Kelley have all joined the firm.

Gary Mendoza

With a 30-year career in vertical construction projects and experience delivering projects on behalf of public agencies,  Mendoza joins City Point Partners after having served as a project manager for the City of Boston Public Facilities Department.  He is currently managing the Excel Academy Charter High School Addition project in East Boston for City Point Partners.

 

 

Marty Nee

 Nee has joined the firm as a public outreach specialist working for the MBTA’s Green Line Extension project in Boston, Medford, and Somerville. With over 25 years of experience, he previously worked in the private sector as well as for MassDOT as a community liaison on the Central Artery/Tunnel project.

 

 

 

Tom Lindberg

Lindberg has more than 30 years of experience having worked for the MWRA as Manager of Public Affairs.  Since joining City Point Partners, he has been working closely with the MBTA on the Wollaston Station Improvements project on the Red Line and the construction-related closure of that station.

 

 

 

Jennifer Kelley

With a background in project controls and the delivery of large, complex construction projects, Kelley has joined City Point Partners to lend her expertise to the MBTA’s Green Line Extension project. Her 15 years of experience include having served Massport as their manager of project controls analyzing the financial performance of Massport’s capital improvement projects.
