David Prengaman
Providence, RI – David R. Prengaman, AIA, NCARB, was installed as a regional director at the National Council of Architectural Registration Board’s (NCARB) 95th Annual Business Meeting in June.
He was first appointed to the Rhode Island Board of Examination and Registration of Architects in 2009 and has served as its chair, vice chair, and secretary.
Prengaman also has served on many NCARB committees over the past several years, including the ARE Subcommittee on Programming, Planning, and Practice; the Procedures and Documents Committee; and the Regional Leadership Committee.
Prengaman is principal of Vision 3 Architects in Providence. His other professional activities include service as president of AIA/Rhode Island and as a member of the AIA New England Board of Directors. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
