Hingham, MA – Phase Zero Design recently announced promotions in the firm.
New senior associates include Timothy Tobin, AIA; Shawn Bland; David Farrington; and Mark Joyce, AIA. Those promoted to associate include Michael S. Godin, Christopher Milliard, and Julie Cummings, NCIDQ.
