Mike Guilmet
Boston – Michael Guilmet, PE, LEED AP®, Vice President, recently joined New England Construction (NEC) to lead the strategic business development effort in the Boston Market. As a member of New England Construction’s executive management team, he will assist in developing key client accounts and relationships in the Massachusetts market in alignment with the organization’s Strategic Business Plan.
Guilmet has more than 30 years of construction industry experience and brings technical expertise with building and site design, site permitting, land development, feasibility and due diligence analysis, construction administration, structural investigations, building code and land development regulation to the New England Construction team.
He is a registered professional engineer and LEED Accredited Professional. For 18 years he held the position of vice president with Allen & Major Associates in Woburn

Guilmet is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Boston Association of Structural Engineers (BASE), and the Structural Engineers Association of Massachusetts (SEAMASS).
