MEP/FP Firm Announces new CFO, Promotions

Middletown, CT – Consulting Engineering Services (CES), a multi-disciplined national engineering firm, announced the strategic appointment of Stefanie Rice as chief financial officer, accompanied by 16 employee promotions.

Rice, a Certified Public Accountant with more than 14 years’ experience, joined CES in November 2023 as chief financial officer. Representatives of the firm say Rice’s financial acumen will undoubtedly reinforce CES’ core principles and business practices.

Kenneth Fiorentino, PE  has been promoted to associate; David Hillburn, PE, Waseem Khoury, PE, Kevin King, PE and George Chan were promoted to technical leader; Lauren Homer, Matthew Couceiro and Cody Pereira have been elevated to team leader; and Mckenzie Armington, Brittany Lydon, EIT, Jake Guttenberg and Joshua Boyle step into new roles as project managers. Jacob Coons and Samuel Dunwoody, EIT, are now senior mechanical engineers; Matthew Olszewski, PE has been promoted to senior electrical engineer, and Brian Kelmelis has been elevated to senior mechanical designer.
