Tim Kirwan
Waltham, MA – Nickerson, a full service communications firm, announced the addition of Tim Kirwan as director of the firm’s new hospitality division.
Kirwan will supplement Nickerson’s operations by bringing over 27 years of industry knowledge to the rapidly growing Nickerson team. He will be executing project management tasks while fostering strategic partnerships with new clients, vendors and the community.
Kirwan serves as the Vice President of CV Properties LLC and is also the principal of Hotel Creation New England.
He formerly worked as the managing director of Hotel Commonwealth in Kenmore Square, and received the AAA 4-Diamond Hotel award for the Hotel Commonwealth and the 364-room Westin in Providence, that he opened and managed for seven years.
Kirwan has successfully created, opened, and assisted multiple companies in becoming profitable.
