Enfield, CT – The American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) announced that Kirsten Waltz, managing principal of Steffian Bradley Architect’s Connecticut office, has earned her Board Certificate in healthcare architecture.

Waltz recently passed an accredited examination that assesses the knowledge and understanding of architects who practice as healthcare specialists. She joins the ranks of over 400 ACHA colleagues in the U.S and Canada who have received this important architectural credential

In order to be eligible to even take the examination, applicants must submit data-heavy portfolios outlining their range of experience, including six recommendation letters from clients and peers.

Waltz’s long-standing relationship with SBA started in 1999, at the Boston office, where she worked on a range of healthcare projects before transferring to the London office for three years.

Upon returning to the United States, Waltz moved to Connecticut to oversee the opening of SBA’s Enfield office.
