Matt Keys
Newton, MA – STV|DPM recently announced that Matt Keys has joined its Newton office as a director of business development.
Keys will be working closely with clients to evaluate their real estate, design, construction and relocation needs and how STV|DPM can provide cost effective owner’s project management solutions. He will support firms in a variety of industries including the corporate office, R&D, laboratory/life science and nonprofit sectors.
Keys spent the past six years in commercial real estate as a senior associate and associate in brokerage, and research analyst. In those roles, Keys focus was on tracking and obtaining new business with corporate office tenants in the Downtown Boston and Route-128 markets. Earlier in his career, he was a regional sales representative for a local moving company where he coordinated a wide range of corporate and individual relocations.

Keys is a graduate of Marist College where he earned his B.A. in Communication. He is an active member of NAIOP and CBA (Commercial Brokers Association).
