Ranked No. 1 for Average Employee Volunteer Hours
Quincy, MA – For the eighth consecutive year, J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. was recognized for its charitable giving. Additionally, it ranked No. 1 overall for average per-employee volunteer hours.
Last year, JC&A and Team IMPACT were recognized by the Boston Business Journal as Partners of the Year for their continued work to improve the quality of life for children facing life-threatening illnesses.
JC&A has had the opportunity to grant a Make-A-Wish child his wish of having a pirate-ship-themed tree house; build a new bakery for the St. Coletta and Cardinal Cushing School of Mass., and convert a basement into a handicapped accessible living area for a child recently involved in a hockey accident.

The announcement was made recently at the ninth annual Corporate Philanthropy Summit held at the Westin Copley, which was attended by nearly 1,000 leaders representing a wide range of local and national companies with a presence in Massachusetts as well as many nonprofit organizations.
JC&A has maintained its important work with Team IMPACT and is proud to report that they have matched over 500 children at more than 250 colleges and universities across 39 states.
