Thomas Childs
Rockland, MA – Integrated Builders announced that it has hired Thomas Childs as a project manager. He has 30 years of diverse experience in the construction industry.
He has managed multi-million dollar projects for a wide range of sectors including office buildings, higher education, retail, institutional, cold storage, warehouse and distribution centers, and manufacturing.
Among his responsibilities are the overall management of construction projects, handling bids and subcontractor coordination, budget management, and schedule management. In addition, he is responsible for promoting onsite safety awareness.
Childs has worked in project management roles at Dacon Corporation, Westcott Construction Corporation, and Torrey Company, among others.
