Lebanon, NH – ReArch Company announced it welcomed Pete Duda to its team as the new director of health, safety & risk management.

In his role, Duda spearheads the company’s commitment to cultivating a robust health and safety culture across all operations, and maintaining the highest safety standards across all projects. He ensures strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, serving as the cornerstone for a secure working environment.

Duda’s 32-year career in construction includes 26 years dedicated to safety management. Before joining ReArch Company, he served as the safety manager at Commodore Builders, since 2011. During his tenure, he oversaw safety initiatives across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Throughout his career, Duda has been extensively involved in various facets of construction safety. He has experience in heavy civil projects such as bridges and highways and ground-up building constructions, including tenant fit-outs and life science facilities. His comprehensive understanding of construction safety protocols spans from pre-planning stages to project completion, and ensuring the highest safety standards are always maintained.
