Tom Winterhalter
Newton, MA – Commodore Builders has hired Tom Winterhalter and Dave Jolin as managing director of operations and chief financial officer, respectively. In their new roles, they will oversee executive-level operations through coordinated efforts with the firm’s various departments.
In his new role, Winterhalter will ensure that Commodore’s ongoing activities are running smoothly by setting parameters to gauge overall organizational efficiency. Additionally, he will oversee, review, and evaluate business procedures and strategies for the firm’s continued growth.
He previously served as senior project director at Redgate Real Estate Advisors, LLC, and Tocci Building Companies.
David Jolin
As CFO, Jolin will manage and oversee all financial operations including planning, managing, and analyzing the monetary goals of Commodore, as well as overseeing the accounting and finance departments.
Previously, he served as vice president and senior regional controller at Gilbane Building Company.
