Manchester, NH – Chapman Construction/Design has opened a new office at 8025 South Willow Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. The new location, which will serve Chapman’s northern market partners and clients, will be managed by Senior Vice President John Ferreira, a 25-year Chapman veteran and longtime New Hampshire resident. Ferreira has managed some of Chapman’s top clients — including Boston University, Raytheon, and Nuance Communications – and he’ll apply his construction experience and acumen to grow Chapman’s northern market portfolio.
With more than a quarter of Chapman’s staff already residing north of Lowell, Manchester was a natural choice for the company’s second office. Until now, all of Chapman’s northern work has managed from the firm’s Newton, Massachusetts headquarters.
