Wilton, CT — Altieri has promoted Kate Eldridge, PE, LEED AP BD+C, and William Lewis, PE, to associate. Both have distinguished themselves as strong engineers who combine technical expertise with the ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Eldridge joined Altieri in 2022 and has shown a balance of technical excellence, collaboration, and leadership. She works closely with architects and consultants and supports junior engineers through the firm’s mentorship program, and was part of the team on Virginia Commonwealth University’s CoStar Center for Arts and Innovation.
“Kate has distinguished herself as a proactive leader, earning the trust and confidence of clients and owners through her technical expertise, professionalism, and confident advocacy for clients, colleagues, and Altieri,” said Kristen Butts, PE, principal and Eldridge’s studio head at Altieri.
Lewis also joined Altieri in 2022 and has become a valuable resource to clients and colleagues, with a thorough, detail-oriented approach. His work includes The New York Historical Tang Wing for American Democracy.
