Boston, MA – USGBC MA recently announced its Building Tech Forum, that will take place on May 24th, 2018 at the Atlantic Wharf in Boston from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. This yearly event explores innovations and the future of the green building industry and will focus on the theme of net positive energy building.
Net positive energy building is taking the industry by storm and is a series of technologies that allow buildings to generate enough power to sustain and exceed the average of their power needs throughout the year.
According to Meredith Elbaum, executive director of USGBC MA, “This year’s event will explore products and innovations in net positive energy building, serving as an exciting way for our community to prepare and celebrate our changing industry.”
The event will facilitate discussion of net positive energy buildings through a series of five-minute presentations, focusing on new products, case studies, strategies, and innovations. Participants will then keep the conversation going through networking and exhibition tables.
