Windsor, CT – Polar Design Build, Inc. announced it has been selected to complete a 185,600sf high bay warehouse for Condyne Capital Partners at 205 Baker Hollow Road in Windsor.
The 20.6-acre parcel will soon feature a Class-A high bay industrial building, featuring tilt up concrete walls, 32′ clear heights, 36 dock doors, one drive in door and 45 trailer parking spaces, and will have an option to add 58 trailer spots for overflow.
Polar Design Build will be acting as the general contractor for the project. They have selected Maugel DeStefano Architects, Flood Consulting and CBC Engineers for the ground up building.
