Cambridge, MA — Timberline Construction Corporation has completed amenity and common-area renovations at The Atmark, a Greystar-managed multifamily community at 80 and 90 Fawcett Street. The project spanned 14,000 square feet across both buildings, transforming the property’s lobbies, mail rooms, amenity spaces, leasing office, and back-of-house areas with new glass storefront walls, a redesigned building entry, and expanded amenity space, all while keeping residents’ day-to-day access to mail, packages, and leasing services uninterrupted.
In Building 80, the main lobby and leasing office received a full refresh. The gym and common-area lounge now share a glass-enclosed footprint, replacing former drywall partitions, and the fitness area expanded into a former one-bedroom unit. The reimagined common area includes a coffee bar, pool table, and dedicated work and gathering space. The mail and package rooms were enlarged, and a former storage area became a flexible workspace with five individual work pods. In Building 90, the lobby and mail room were enlarged and refreshed with a new coffee bar and a breakout/work room with multi-purpose seating and desks.
Because the main lobby is the property’s only ADA-accessible entrance, the renovation was carefully phased to maintain continuous access throughout construction. Work began in February 2025, with the majority complete by December 2025; the team returned in the spring to finish the remaining scope, with final completion in June 2026.
