Boston – Black-owned integrated construction, real estate development, and property management group Cruz Companies has announced a number of strategic promotions and new hires.
Justin Cruz has been elevated to chief operating officer across all three Cruz Companies corporate divisions. Longtime John B. Cruz Construction team member John Teixeira has been promoted to project manager. Cruz Management team members Jennifer Then and Cherelle Spencer have been elevated to regional property manager and senior property manager, respectively.
Additionally, Isabel DeAndrade has recently joined Cruz Companies as executive assistant along with several other key office staff. Four additional Cruz Management team members have been promoted, and 14 new management division employees have joined the firm.
