Greenwich, CT — The Halsam Company has awarded Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. the property management assignment for Putnam Plaza, a retail property at 68-90 East Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Putnam Plaza is a 28,300-square-foot retail property in downtown Greenwich on Route 1, anchored by Whole Foods Market. Other tenants include Asiana Café, Salon Mimoza, Starbucks, and Choice Pet.
