Ready or not, 2020 is here! At High-Profile Monthly, we are embracing this new decade! The shortage of workers in construction will continue in the new year, but according to the Associated General Contractors of America, companies and organizations are adopting a variety of recruitment, retention and technology approaches to attract, train and retain workers.
As stated in the 2020 U.S. Construction Risk Outlook report published by Building Connected, the Northeast region’s safety record is the best in the nation, securing an A rating in site construction! Safety first!
