“We’ve enjoyed building and renovating various Petco locations along the East Coast,” said KBE principal owner and CEO Mike Kolakowski, who bought the firm in 2007 with fellow senior executives Eric Brown and Simon Etzel. “It’s been a pleasure working with a company that shares our commitment to philanthropy.”
