Lynnfield, MA – Prellwitz Chilinski Associates, with joint developers National Development & WS Development, will be completing Phase 2 construction of the landmark MarketStreet Lynnfield at the end of August.
The second phase of construction will add 100,000sf of retail and restaurant space that has been leased to high-profile tenants such as Nike, Tobey Grey, Gaslight Restaurant, Eddie Bauer, Wahlburgers, Gap, Banana Republic, Pottery Barn Kids, Charming Charlie, Tuck’s Candy Factory, and Pia, a women’s clothing boutique founded on the North Shore.

This second phase expands the open air lifestyle center that has quickly become the new gathering place for the town of Lynnfield and surrounding area, providing residents with multiple amenities and public greens for farmers’ markets, outdoor movie nights, fitness classes, Easter egg hunts, and an outdoor skating rink in the winter months.
