Boston – DiPrete Engineering has announced the promotion of Len Bradley, PE, to principal. He joined the company in 2000 after completing over a decade of engineering and design work throughout Southern New England.

Bradley is a technical and strategic adviser to DiPrete’s engineering team, working to stimulate its knowledge, growth, and creativity to get the best possible results for its clients while also helping them grow professionally.

As a principal, Bradley will be working with the firm’s project engineers and project managers and will also be working closely with many of the firm’s clients.

“Len knows all of the ins and outs of the engineering field,” said Dennis DiPrete, president of DiPrete Engineering. “Client and team members alike recognize him as a leader as well as an extraordinary engineer.”

Among many other projects, Bradley is currently working on the Citizens Bank Corporate Campus in Johnston, R.I., the new campus for the New England Institute of Technology in East Greenwich, R.I., a new medical building for University Orthopedics in East Providence, R.I., and Dowling Village in North Smithfield, R.I.

“For nearly two decades I’ve had the pleasure of working beside Len and watching him grow with our firm and his clients,” added DiPrete. “I am honored to have him on my team as a principal and look forward to the continued wisdom and value he will be adding to our clients’ projects.”

Bradley is actively involved with the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies and has worked as a mentor for the University of Rhode Island Senior Civil Engineering Capstone team for six years. He is also an active member in the community and volunteers as a Scout Leader for the Troop 1 Arnold Mills of the Narragansett Council Boy Scouts of America.

This year, he was awarded with The Providence Engineering Society’s Humanitarian Award for his lifelong commitments and contributions to the people of Rhode Island.
