Dearborn Hall after renovations
Manchester, NH – The Dearborn Hall renovations for the city of Manchester has recently been recognized with three awards. The project, designed by CMK Architects, and constructed by Milestone Engineering & Construction, Inc., received a 2014 Preservation Achievement Award from New Hampshire Preservation Alliance, a Historic Preservation Award from the Manchester Historic Association, and a Merit Award from Plan NH for smart growth and Liability Principles , social responsibility and creative approaches to collaborate and cooperation.
The project entailed the complete renovations and rehabilitation of Dearborn Hall on Lake Street in Manchester, revitalizing a vacant building and turning it into the offices of the Manchester Community Resource Center, Organization for Refugees and Immigrant Services and a Police substation.
