Rockland, MA – Gale Associates, Inc. has been recognized by the Boston Women’s Workforce Council (BWWC) with a 2026 Wage Equity Impact Award for its commitment to advancing pay equity and workplace opportunities through participation in the organization’s 100% Talent Compact.
The Wage Equity Impact Awards recognize employers that have demonstrated a commitment to understanding and addressing gender and racial wage gaps through data analysis, transparency, and continuous improvement. As a 100% Talent Compact Signer, Gale participates in the BWWC’s effort to measure and better understand wage disparities across organizations throughout Greater Boston. The initiative encourages employers to evaluate compensation data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement practices that support equitable outcomes.

Gale’s managing partner, Steven Marshall, participated in the Panel 1 discussion, Building Fair and Transparent Pay Structures, during the BWWC’s’s Wage Equity Impact Awards program on June 10. The panel featured representatives from Eastern Bank, Salary.com, Gale Associates, and C.E. Floyd Company PBC discussing approaches to compensation practices, transparency, and workplace equity.
