The Serve & Smash Pickleball & Padel Club in Branford, Conn. was designed by G+P Architects, with Munger Construction providing supply and erect services. The 21,760sf project combines indoor and outdoor courts with amenities including a mezzanine bar, lounge areas, and a pro shop, creating both a competitive venue and social destination.
IBS provided supply and erect services for the Town of Belmont Skating Rink and Athletic Facility in Belmont, Mass. Designed by The Galante Architecture Studio and built by Skanska, the 40,300sf, fossil-fuel-free facility serves as a year-round hub for hockey, skating, and community events, with a strong focus on sustainability and modern performance.
Constructed by Turner Construction and supported by IBS as the supply and erect subcontractor, Donovan Mitchell Family Athletic Center – Greenwich Country Day School in Greenwich, Conn. features a full NCAA basketball court divisible into two high school courts. Funded in part by NBA player Donovan Mitchell, the 30,000sf athletic center blends conventional steel with pre-engineered systems to deliver a flexible, high-performance training environment.
