The design team’s ambitious approach to opening up the interior spaces of the house resulted in a collaborative contemporary environment for this organization, which is responsible for the university’s marketing, communications, brand identity, and digital initiatives.

The new corporate headquarters for this financial services company is a contemporary, adaptive re-use of a former data center. Designers were challenged to bring daylight deep into the 40,000sf building and to stretch the budget with the creative use of raw, industrial materials.
