Boston – Aldon Electric, Inc., based in Weymouth,  recently completed comprehensive electrical installations for Time Out Market Boston, located on the ground floor of the historic 421 Park Drive building (formerly known as the Landmark Center) in the Fenway neighborhood.

The 25,000sf build-out of the  dining and drinking destination in the art deco space included installations of power, lighting, and fire alarm systems for 15 food kiosks, two bars and a demonstration kitchen.

The NECA Boston contractor teamed with architect, Dyer Brown Architects, Boston; GC Construction Management & Builders, Inc., Danvers; and owner, Time Out Market (Boston) LLC, New York.

In meeting the aggressive nine-month electrical project schedule, Aldon’s project management team supervised a crew of 12 IBEW Local 103 electricians through significant layout and scheduling changes.

The market, which features tasting restaurant concepts headed by some of the city’s most decorated chefs, opened as scheduled on June 25.
