MarketStreet Lynnfield
Lynnfield, MA – MarketStreet Lynnfield, a leading open-air shopping center in Massachusetts is expanding its footprint. Phase II construction is underway, featuring an additional 107,000sf of retail space.
Veitas and Veitas Engineers is partnering with Prellwitz Chilinski Associates, National Development, WS Development and Cranshaw Construction to provide structural design for the four structure expansion.
The structures, intended to house a diverse group of retailers, utilize metal stud exterior wall construction, moment and brace frames to provide lateral stability and also meet snow drift requirements.
Construction is scheduled to continue through 2014 and a phased opening is planned for the first half of 2015.
