Kelly MacLean
Waltham, MA – Vantage Builders, Inc. announced the promotion of Kelly MacLean to chief operating officer.
In her new role, she is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving the firm’s operational efficiency, cost control management, safety, and internal procedures. She reports to the firm’s principals, Ed Silva and John Connor.
MacLean joined Vantage Builders in 2016 as director of operations. She has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, directing operations, overseeing complex, multi-million dollar projects, and managing cross-functional teams.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a chief operating officer for Liberty Construction, establishing its West Coast division. Previously she was the vice president of construction and development at O’Neill Properties and the director of operations at Drywall, Ltd.
