Easton, MA Congress Building Corp. is serving its repeat client, LCB Senior Living, LLC of Norwood in the construction of The Residence at Five Corners, a senior living community in Easton. The Congress Companies will provide construction management services for the project, which will be owned and operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC.

Designed by The Architectural Team of Chelsea, The Residence at Five Corners will be an 84,000sf, 74-unit, assisted living, independent living and memory care residence located at 678 Depot Street in Easton. There will be studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments available to residents as well as a Reflections Memory Care wing that will engage residents with early stage Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders in meaningful, therapeutic activities.

The Residence will also include a variety of common areas, featuring comfortable living rooms, a library, a computer room, cafes, exercise room and other signature high standard amenities designed to keep residents active and engaged. Residents will have access to private dining, entertainment and recreation as well. The landscaped grounds will feature walking paths, sitting areas and gardens.

Construction for The Residence at Five Corners is expected to commence in summer 2014 and is scheduled for completion in late 2015.

Congress Building Corp. is currently providing Construction Management services to LCB for The Residence at Riverbend, a 75-unit senior living community being constructed in Ipswich, MA, scheduled for completion in the fall of 2014; The Residence at Brookside, a 74-unit senior living community under construction in Avon, CT, expected to be completed in early 2015; and The Residence at South Windsor Farms, an 80-unit senior living community under construction in South Windsor, CT, scheduled for completion in early 2015.
