The Chase II
Malden, MA – The next phase of construction at Overlook Ridge, The Chase II, a multifamily housing development in Malden, has begun for Roseland Property Company, a division of Mack-Cali. Erland Construction was retained, after completing The Chase in late 2014. The project architect on this new phase is Minno Wasko, Architects and Planners.
The Chase II is composed of two four- and five-story wood-frame buildings: Building 2B, a 194,000sf building with 173 rental apartment units; Building 3D, with 123,000sf of space and 119 apartment units; and three sets of individual bay parking garages. The mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units features stainless steel appliances and stone countertops.
Resident amenities include a fitness center; club, conference, screening, and yoga rooms; children’s play area; and outdoor pool and entertaining area.
