Exterior of Residences at Riverwalk
Manchester, NH – TFMoran provided survey, civil/site engineering, permitting, and landscape architecture services on the Residences at Riverwalk for SMC Management Corporation.
Located next to the Fisher Cats baseball stadium, the 150 market-rate apartments are in three four-story wood-framed buildings, with one floor of covered parking.
A landscape design was created to incorporate tiered retaining walls and a courtyard with views of the Merrimack River overlooking the city of Manchester’s Riverwalk.
The project architect is David M. White Architects, and the general contractor is Pilot Construction of Portsmouth. The Residences at Riverwalk fully opened November 2016.
