Greg Lewis
Boston – STV|DPM recently announced the promotions of John Waitkunas, LEED AP BD+C, and Greg Lewis to vice president.
Lewis will lead the construction management division’s life sciences sector on a national basis.
He has 20 years of industry experience, the last two years with STV|DPM. Lewis’ entire career has been concentrated on the life sciences market sector, the majority of his career on the owner’s side at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and Shire Pharmaceuticals.
He has been key in developing significant long-term business relationships with a host of emerging life sciences firms.
John Waitkunas
A 15-year veteran, Waitkunas joined the firm in 2000 and has led significant accounts including Akamai Technologies, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Analysis Group, Eastern Bank, MITIMCO, NESN, RSA Security, and Tyco.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and routinely serves as a technical resource for both new construction and renovation projects in many market areas including corporate, high-tech, industrial, education, and healthcare.
