New Haven, CT – Milestone Construction Services announced the promotions of Justin Shanley to director of Design-Build & Pre-Engineered Building Systems and Stephen Lovello to chief estimator.
In his role, Shanley will lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated project solutions for clients. His responsibilities include comprehensive reviews of drawings and specifications, scope development, and budgeting and pricing, as well as value engineering constructability analyses designed to maximize efficiency and control project costs. Representatives of Milestone say Shanley’s extensive industry knowledge, technical expertise, and collaborative leadership style have been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous projects and the continued growth of Milestone’s Design-Build services.
In his role, Lovello will oversee all estimating operations for Milestone’s General Contracting and Construction Management projects, driving strategic preconstruction planning and delivering reliable cost solutions that support successful project outcomes.
