Hamden, CT – As part of the year-long celebration of its 25 years of service, Silver/Petrucelli + Associates hosted an open house for more than 100 clients, colleagues, and friends on September 15 on its grounds in Hamden.

Guests enjoyed wine, beer, and hors d’oeuvres and had the opportunity to tour the firm’s three buildings including its new training room. A mounted, mural-like timeline drew many to the main lobby to reminisce over the firm’s humble beginnings and success to date.

Throughout this year, the firm has been telling its story through pictorial snapshots that highlight its early projects, the uniting with Sgorbati & Associates, mechanical and electrical engineers in 2006, and the addition of interior design services in 2009.

“We are humbled by the success we have enjoyed over our history,” said Bill Silver, principal. “But, of course, we know we didn’t reach this milestone on our own.  Many others played a role in getting us to our 25-year mark and we were happy to celebrate with them.”

Principal Dean Petrucelli added, “thanks to our staff and consultants, we continue to serve some of our earliest clients to this day in addition to many new ones, and we are very proud of the impact we have had on the landscape of our state. The celebration was a great way to kick of the next quarter-century.”

Silver / Petrucelli & Associates was incorporated on October 1, 1991 and has had its offices in Hamden since its inception.
