Stoughton, MA – Senate Construction Corporation, a general contractor based out of Shirley, recently announced that it has completed the renovation of 73,000sf Stoughton Town Center.
Senate Construction completed the renovations on behalf of Tri-Town Commons, LLC, a joint venture of Winstanley Enterprises, LLC and Silvera Asset Group, LLC.
“It was a joy working with Winstanley and Silvera. They remained involved with our team throughout the renovation process,” said Bob France, chief executive officer of Senate Construction.
Other key members of the renovation team included Winstanley Construction Management, Winstanley Property Management, Phase Zero Design, Inc. as the project architect, Alfred Benesch & Company as civil engineer, and Amolins Structural Consultants, Inc. as structural engineer.
The project consisted of a major new façade with architectural gables significantly enhancing tenant signage and visibility, some minor repainting of the exterior, and new LED lighting throughout the parking field.
