Lynn, MA – The Procopio Companies (Procopio) held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Aug. 11th to celebrate Caldwell, which has been open to residents since Jan. 2021 and is currently 70% leased.
The pending LEED-Platinum high-rise, located at 34 Munroe St., totals 228,000sf, and includes a mix of 259 residential units and first-floor retail space, and was also recently awarded the 2021 ENR New England Best Regional Projects for Mixed-Use.
The private ceremony was held on Caldwell’s 8,000sf rooftop deck. Attendees included The Procopio Companies, Greystar, Caldwell’s first retail tenant Soul City Yoga, the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce, and local business members of The Chamber. Pending LEED-Platinum certification, Caldwell sets a new standard for sustainability in multifamily development. The Procopio Companies designed Caldwell to be energy efficient to promote environmental accountability in the community.
Caldwell offers studio, one bedroom, one bedroom and den, and two bedroom homes. Its first retail tenant, Soul City Yoga, will move into its new studio on Caldwell’s ground floor in winter 2021.
