Burlington, MA – Northbridge Companies and real estate partner, Sandy River Company of Portland, Maine, will celebrated breaking ground on three new communities in Brunswick, Wells, and Westbrook. On November 11 and 12, company executives were joined by town community leaders at three ceremonies for the forthcoming Avita of Brunswick, Avita of Wells, and Stroudwater Lodge residences. Two of the new communities are fully dedicated to memory care utilizing Northbridge Companies’ industry-leading Avita memory care program.
