Capital Senior Living Design site
Quincy, MA – JACA Architects, a healthcare-exclusive architectural firm, announced securing the design award for a memory care suite for Capital Senior Living, based out of Dallas, Texas.
The $1 million project encompasses the conversion of an existing assisted living wing to create a secure, self-sufficient 14-bed, 8,000sf memory care suite. The senior living center is located at 6949 Main Street in Trumbull, Conn.
Rubicon Builders has been selected to oversee construction of the project. Mike Ryan, associate, is leading the project for JACA Architects.

Capital Senior Living Corporation is one of the nation’s largest operators of residential communities for senior adults. This project marks the first time that JACA Architects has partnered with Capital Senior Living.
