Richard Off and Steffany Malarik
Hamden, CT – Richard W. Off, AIA has earned a promotion to staff architect. After joining Hoffmann Architects in April 2016 as Project Representative, Off earned a promotion to Senior Project Representative within a year, and then to Project Coordinator this past January. Recently, he published his first article in the Hoffmann Architects JOURNAL, “Roof Drainage Systems,” co-authored with Steffany Malarik, AIA.
Steffany Malarik, AIA has been promoted to Staff Architect. Previously Project Coordinator, Malarik rose in the ranks from Project Representative to Senior Project Representative in under two years, with her skill and dependability prompting two more promotions less than a year apart.
